SpringBoard West Innovations Regina Room Rentals

Our rooms are used by a wide range of SBWI clients, members of the University of Regina's Centres of Excellence, nationally and internationally renowned researchers, as well as Regina businesses and community organizations.

Our boardroom and training room are both equipped with:
• Large scale HD Monitors with in-ceiling Bose speakers
• Interactive white board
• HD videoconferencing
• Conference calling
• Connection to the International Research & Education Network via Saskatchewan Research Network
There is a kitchenette exterior to the rooms to enable dinner/luncheon or breakfast sessions as well as counter space in the room for beverage stations.

The Boardroom provides seating for up to 12 people and is suitable for Executive and Board meetings.

The Training Room is designed for interactive, web-based and video conference training sessions or meetings. It is used by an array of businesses, large and small for a variety of functions such as presentations, meetings, videoconferences as well as receptions, training sessions and workshops.

This room is able to host 16 work stations with laptop computers which have web access and video conferencing capabilities.
Up to 40 people can be seated theatre style in this room.
