JBD Golf was founded by three lifelong golfers.  The trio redesigned the putter grip to include a unique end cap mold that is shaped to fit a magnetically attached ball-marker.  The ball-marker sits inside the re-designed end cap and easily slides on and off the grip for use on the green.  The end cap design is manufactured as part of the putter grip, rather than being an add-on to an existing grip.

The marker also provides great marketing potential for OEM and promotional products customers. The team has relationships with various grip manufacturers who produce their industry leading putter grips with JBD Golf's incorporated ball-marker design.

After testing their prototype in the marketplace and gaining USGA approval, the JBD team needed market channels, additional funding, and advice on contract negotiations. SpringBoard West Innovations advised the trio on marketing strategies, connected them with primary research agencies outside of Saskatchewan, and advised them on the development of contracts for various business transactions. 

PRSI-Break is a software application designed specifically to prevent Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). RSI is a modern phenomenon which costs individuals, employers, insurance companies and health care systems more than $55 billion USD in lost wages, lost productivity and medical bills each year.

To be effective, the PRSI application is used a number of times daily. Throughout the day
PERSI, the animated avatar, guides knowledge-workers through a series of customized stretches. The software is customizable to specific strain concerns and occupation.

TalentC provides succession development, knowledge transfer, mentorship services, HR outsourcing, as well as job and life coaching. Doug Lawrence is the founder of TalentC^TM, he has over 30 years of management and leadership experience.
