The SpringBoard West Innovations Inc. Board of Directors is made up of representatives from the business sector, the University of Regina, Regina REDA and the Province of Saskatchewan. The Board's role is to set direction, oversee the management of the organization and provide stakeholder input and feedback on SBWI programming. Board members are:

Janet Wightman (Corporate Secretary) - President and CEO, Victoria Park Capital.

Tony Baumgartner - Vice-President, Sector Development & Innovation Unit, Enterprise Saskatchewan. 

Luigi Benedicenti - Faculty of Engineering, University of Regina

Larry Hiles - President and CEO, Regina Regional Opportunities Commission

Bob Shad - Senior Advisor on Special Projects, University of Regina
